Ring Peephole Cam - Does it show Blue light when cam is active?

Hi all, I searched through the manuals and forums but did not find an answer. My neighbor installed a Ring Peephole cam on his door, and there are some privacy concerns raised by the occupants of the building. I would like to know, can it be used to watch the public stairs space without any indication that it is on? In other words, if he enables the cam remotely, will it show blue light? On other security cameras, there is a blue LED glowing when they are active. Is it the same with the Peephole Cam? Thanks a lot for your answers
