Ring Live not working on PC

Question

Hi All.  Having an issue with my Ring Door Bell not showing LIVE VIEW on my PC. Anyone else having issues? Maybe Im missing something. I called Ring support NO HELP AT ALL TIA

Hi @harleymhs. You should be able to access the Live View from Ring.com after logging into your account. Make sure you are using a compatible browser, which you can find [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/208144516-Using-Live-View), and that you have enabled permission in your browser's settings for Ring.com to use your computer's microphone.
