Ring keeps crashing

I keep getting dropped from ring! Not only can I not access my ring when I scroll through notifications of neighbors posts and history I get dropped! This is unacceptable!

    Hi @Jorena43. Can you please clarify what you mean when you say you're getting dropped from Ring? Is the Ring App crashing, or are you not able to access the Live View? If you're having problems with the Live VIew, I would suggest starting with our Community Post on Live View concerns [here](https://community.ring.com/t/live-view-not-activating-and-connecting-troubleshooting-tips/249). If you're having problems with the RIng App crashing, I'd suggest making sure your phone's OS is updated first and foremost. Then uninstall the Ring App, restart your phone, and reinstall the Ring App. This will ensure both your phone's OS and the RIng App is fully updated.     Tried every. Single. Suggestion. Repeatedly with no luck. Ring app keeps stopping going to milky white screen or returning to dashboard when 1- trying to add a device and 2- while trying to edit motion zone. Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with tech support-waste of time tech support has no idea. After speaking to tech they eventually suggested adding a new phone or tablet would fix the issue. So spent $300 on new tablet with 128 gb yesterday SAME RESULT the Ring app keeps stopping add a device and edit motion zone. Ridiculous. The issue is the Ring app. If Ring is updating, debugging, etc they should just tell us. Ridiculous that we have 4 existing gen 3 cameras are simply trying to add a 5th gen 3 camera but the Ring app is malfunctioning. Waste of time AND money. Very disappointed.
