Ring doorbell/camera signal unreliable code P1-99

We have lived in an internet dark zone for years and recently was able to get ATT Air. We installed 3 Ring doorbell cameras.  Basement door Ring initially worked but had a weak signal. Now it is off line and P1-99 signal. The modem or router is a fair distance away so we got the Chime Pro. We installed it and have moved it numerous places around the house and it does absolutely nothing as far as signal strength. As a matter of fact the basement door was working but weak connected directly to the Air signal and won’t connect to the Chime at all. Now it won’t connect to anything. I am not tech savvy. If anyone can help me I appreciate it. Even if it means getting a better extender that is compatible with both systems. Thanks.
