Ring doorbell won’t stop ringing

Question

The video has gone to B&W and if I have the chimes turned on it will ring nonstop when no one is there but if I ring the bell, nothing happens. It’s definitely not capturing everyone coming to the door.

Hi @HLK68! Please ensure your Doorbell battery is fully charged. Once charged, please reset the Doorbell by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset, your Doorbell may need a new setup. Upon connecting your Doorbell to your wifi successfully, please test video and motion to ensure you are being notified properly, then test a ring. Please let us know how this goes! :)
