Ring doorbell wont stay on unless usb is plugged in

When plugged in via USB the doorbell works fine and says device health is good and battery is 100%. As soon as I unplug the USB cable the doorbell switches off. The device is around 2 years old.

Hi @Andy4578. I suggest performing a reset on your Doorbell. This can be done by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. After this is done, see if you can reconnect the device to wifi. If that doesn't work, you may need to contact our support team.
