If your battery is not showing that it is charged there is a fix! Contact customer service and they will take you through several steps so that they can tell the system that your battery is charged. This will take approximately two hours but here’s the catch… Next time you charge the battery you have to go through the same process every time. So I recommend you take Elsa’s advice and LET IT GO!! Get rid of it and get a new system it’s not worth it
