Ring Doorbell Unreliable
My Ring Doorbell (original) has started becoming unreliable. It's connected in the app, and my router can see it on the network without dropouts, but it's started not sending motion or bell press alerts and it's getting worse. Nothing about the environment has changed, and the device has decent signal (RSSI -46 ) and rock solid internet connection.I've done a factory reset and set it up again, no improvement. The Ring app is showing it's online and nothing in device health to suggest a problem. I can see regular traffic going from the device back to Ring servers, but it's just flaky. I did have a motion alert come through a few days ago, and you can see in the video the person pushing the doorbell, but while the motion alert came through and video recorded, the button push did not.Appreciate any tips I can try - but thinking the device may be on the way about. Nothing else about the environement has changed or seems to be a problem.

Hi @adamj. It sounds like you've covered all of your bases with this! The only thing I can personally think of, would be to switch the ports your Ring Video Doorbell is using on your router. This is something or support team might be able to help you with. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times.
