Ring doorbell pro not connecting to wifi or chime

Ring doorbell pro installed and worked perfect for about 2 days then not connected. Reboot router, tried to connect to ring wifi on phone unsuccessfully, hooked up chime pro and tried to connect door bell to that but it could not be found. How do I reconnect the doorbell
