Ring doorbell pro hard reset now not working

So we installed the hardwired ring doorbell pro, power to unit came with ring transformer, all was great, had to hard reset to connect to app, after hard reset the unit does now not have any power, is ther e something i am missing here? Electrician checked all connections everything looks like it should be working.
