Ring Doorbell not sending door bell ring or motion alerts to my iPhone?

When I first installed it (2-3 yearas ago) received both a door bell ring and any motion alert on my iPhone. I had to turn off the alerts to iPhone becasue I was getting way too many from street traffic to waving house flag. But still received door bell rings live. The door bell is powered and running. I can hear the ring from the outside through the door and I can use the iPhone app for Live View as well. But lately, I've noticed I'm not getting the ring on my iPhone app. Also I want to motion alerts again and think I've get them turned on but I'm not getting anything on iPhone here either....so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?
