Ring doorbell no video at night, only audio.

Every night my ring doorbell goes black at exactly 10pm, doesn't show offline, and on live view you can hear audio, but video is black, not dim, not a lighting issue, just black zero video image. Happens every night at 10pm, then video comes back between 4am and 10am. I have tried resetting it, I have tried turning off color night vision, I have tried everything in the FAQ and nothing seems to work, anyone have a suggestion before I get this thing replaced?Thanks.
