Ring Doorbell losing hardwire connection

I’m having an Issue with my Ring doorbell 2 - It’s connected to hardwire but running on battery only. It seems the back of the door bell has separated from the front - is there a way to fix this. All wire connections and transformer is fine. We have tried gorilla tape but that’s not working! ![image|375x500](upload://2rux9FywEmDckIMmNJDMZglgVJZ.jpeg)

Hi @user23997. It looks like you Mounting Bracket has become warped. You can find replacement parts [here](https://ring.com/collections/accessories?filters=type:spare-parts). I suggest performing a reset on the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. After this is complete, you can reconnect to WiFi. Let me know if this helps!
