Ring Doorbell (hardwired) tinted purple

My video has a purple tint day or night, I've tried to change the night colour but hasn't made any difference, not sure if this is an issue with the camera or software?

    Hi @Kram62. I would suggest taking a look at this topic [here](https://community.ring.com/t/doorbell-camera-video-color/19484/3). It seems have others have had a similar concern and were able to correct this by performing a reset on their Ring device. I hope this helps!
