Ring doorbell gen2 won’t exit setup
My doorbell is not working. It gets all the way through set up and my app says that it is complete and everything is fine but the light keeps spinning and it is not working

Hey @Mbrannon. If the Doorbell is not completing setup, I'd recommend trying to reset it and then walking through a new setup again. To reset the Doorbell, please hold down the setup button under the faceplate for 30 seconds. After that, go ahead and walk through the setup process under Set Up a Device again. Let me know how that works out for you! :)
