Ring Doorbell camera freezes when I use the microphone

Everything I speak over the microphone my picture freezes. Please can someone help me with this problem?

    Hi @user_424. I recommend trying the following steps for your concern:   - Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app.   - Reboot your router.   - Verify your Doorbell has good signal strength.   If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
