Ring Doorbell Cam stopped working
Dear Ring Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I have been a satisfied user of the Ring Doorbell for over a year, but recently I have encountered an issue where the camera has stopped functioning. The battery shows as fully charged, yet there are no lights on the camera, suggesting a possible hardware failure. I have been attempting to reach technical support, but I am consistently directed to the US helpline. As I am based in Saudi Arabia (KSA), contacting the US is not a feasible option for me. Could you kindly provide an alternative way to resolve this issue or direct me to local support in my region? Additionally, I would like to mention that I have already paid for a one-year subscription, and I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
