Ring doorbell battery remaining at 100%

Good day, I have a Ring Doorbell (battery only) Model: B0BZWRSRWV that works great, but for some reason the battery percentage remains at 100%. If I reboot it, it shows the current battery level, but after a day or so returns back to 100% battery.

Hi @user_f3cfca. Try factory resetting your Doorbell to see if it helps. To reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
