Ring doorbell 3 won't work with my in-house chime

So what are my options? Would a pro power kit help? Do I have to replace the existing mechanical chime with another? If yes, any recommended chime product I should go for? I really hope to get the doorbell powered through wire so that I don't need to worry about charging the battery.
