Ring doorbell 3 with chime package
I recently bought this package and to start with it worked well but now sometimes it can’t connect to the live feed it just says lost connection, obviously this is really annoying as these are not cheap! Would a chime pro help with this issue?? Thanks

Hi @1eturner. This is a neighbor-to-neighbor support forum rather than a direct line to support, but I'd be happy to offer some helpful suggestions. Typically when the Live View doesn't load, it is due to the signal that the Ring is receiving. In this case, it would affect a Doorbell 3 and a Doorbell Pro the same way.
