Ring Doorbell 3 Plus... "Alexa, show the most recent event from [Ring Device Name]." THE RECORDING HAS BEEN REMOVED?

"Alexa, show the most recent event from [Ring Device Name]." and Alexa responds with " THE RECORDING HAS BEEN REMOVED"???? And Alexa doesn't play any clips?????? It used to show/play the last clip. I subscribe to the Basic Ring Plan.I see another post, same issue however the user is using an Echo Show and mine is an Echo Dot.I have tried removing the device and re-linking between Amazon.The previous videos still show in the Ring app.The Live View is still working through my Echo Dot.I have tried restarting the Echo Dot.The software is up to date on the Ring App and the Echo Dot."
