Ring doorbell 2 video stopped working, Device health and network is OK
My ring doorbell 2 stopped capturing video at 5 AM this morning and everything is ok (per device health), including Wi-Fi strength. There is still no video, the doorbell is hardwired, has power, battery shows full, and the doorbell light and ringer both work .....

Ring Video Doorbell 2 : DEAD / Won't reset My Ring Video Doorbell 2 appears to be **DEAD**. I Won't reset and I have tried two fully charged batteries with the same results.. Is there a way to do a hard reset?

Hi @rickgraves. Were you still having this concern? If your device is not recording events even when you are right in front of it, it may be a good idea to remove the device from your account and then re-set up the device to see if this helps! :)
