Ring door bell 2 not working

Question

Had this for couple years no problems till now, won’t let me view live feed and doesn’t make no noises or no notifications that someone is at the door…??? Battery is on 85% life and WiFi has a good connection,

Hi @334c7271ce5ca5b397de271ca70316. Is there a specific error message or anything that happens when you're trying to activate the Live View in the Ring App? As for the notifications, do you have an Android or iOS device?
