My Ring Video doorbell has been working great since I installed it in September last year. A couple weeks ago it just stopped connecting (still made sounds, lights worked, and hard wired chime still function just fine.) I finally pulled it off the wall, checked that the transformer was sending power, and that the device had a charge. I then took it right by my wifi access point and waited for it to reconnect, nothing. So I tried re-adding the device in my ring app. I went through setup, but when I got to the network settings, after I entered my network credentials, I entered them, and it announced "Now connected to the ring app. it brought up a "Connecting Ring to XXXX network" status, and made it to 95% before getting stuck and changing the message to "almost there, we promise", etc. It finally says "Hmm. Something went wrong..." I've tried a dozen times, changed networks, verified info, etc but always the same thing. It just stops at 95% and says to try again. Nothing changed on my home network when it stopped working. I'm sitting by my router and all my other devices work just fine. Help documentation doesn't cover this scenario either. Can anyone please help?

Hi @user_d01823. As a test, try connecting to a wifi hotspot. If you are able to connect to the hotspot, then it's possible that there is an issue with your network settings. If it does not connect to the hotspot, perhaps there is an issue with the device. Let me know how this goes for you.
