Hi @user_99ed97. We have a chime kit compatibility list for the Wired Doorbell Pro. I don't see the model you listed on there. There are some other IQ America digital chime kits listed, so you may need to swap yours out with a compatible model.

Is it normal for the Ring Power Kit reducing the Voltage to < 1 VAC between its terminals when connected to the doorbell chime ?

Hi @user_99ed97. There are too many variables to be considered for us to say what is "normal" for your setup. We don't know the make/model/age/voltage rating for your transformer, wire gauge, etc. To see if the voltage drop in your circuit is acceptable, you'd have to contact a qualified electrician. What we can say, is that if your Ring app Device Health menu says your voltage is good, than it is good. This is all considering that you have compatible equipment.

      The transformer is 16 V 10 VAC.

Hi @user_99ed96. For beset performance, we recommend a 16-24 VAC, 30 VA transformer.
