Ring Chime has stopped working
troubleshooting
Unfortunately our Ring chime has suddenly stopped working. There have been no changes to the WiFi, chime position or anything else. I have tried to reset it but with no success. During the resetting the green light comes on and stays on and then I cannot progress any further. I'd appreciate if anyone has any suggestions. Many thanks.

Hi @user_fe0f53. Try unplugging the Ring Chime from the outlet for one minute, then plugging it back in. After that, hold down the button on the side for about 15 seconds to reset the Chime. Attempt a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Chime is still unresponsive after these steps, please follow up with our support team to see what other options are available.
