Replacing Existing Ring Pro with New Ring Pro and lost all history from previous doorbell
I’ve recently replace my old ring pro doorbell with a new ring pro doorbell on the 24/2/19. I’ve lost all history before 24/2/19 from the old doorbell and Ring are saying there’s no way of recovering the history. Surely not? I’m desperate to retrieve one of the videos. Can anyone help please?
