Replacement Doorbell same subscription?

Hi everyone, I had a doorbell and subscribed for one unit. I've now binned that doorbell and replaced it with a new one. However, the new doorbell is asking me to start a new subscription. Can I not somehow add it to the old subscription, which I'm still currently paying for? Your thoughts and comments would be appreciated please. Thanks

Hey there, @agaveworm! When adding a new Ring device to your account, and removing the old one, a new Protect Plan will need to be subscribed for this. If you have the Ring Protect Basic Plan, you'll need to get a new plan for the new device. Your previous subscription is attached to the other device and the subscription and videos that are stored won't automatically transfer over to the new device. If you have a Protect Plus Plan, this will automatically cover any Ring device added to the subscribed location. You can make changes or check on subscription status by logging in at Ring.com from a web browser. Feel free to also check out our [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022109431-Changing-your-Payment-Method-Updating-or-Canceling-your-Ring-Protect-Plan) about changing plans, for more information on how this is done. I hope this helps! :)

Hi Marley Thanks. How can I cancel my first subscription please? I’ve spoken to my bank and they can’t cancel the payment as it’s taken from my debit cards. I’ve not used the first subscription for over a month now. Thanks
