Remove doorbell camera
troubleshooting
I have just removed my doorbell camera and followed the instructions set out by Ring. The very last step "Tap deactivate device" never came up. As soon as i tapped on remove device the device icon vanished from my phone along with the view from the device. Now there is a white circling light on the doorbell cam and occasionally it plays a sound. Is the device deleted from my account and if so why did i not get the option to "deactivate device" If it's not deactivated then how do i deactivate it ? Thanks in advance to anyone offering advice.

Hi @ij1959. The white spinning light indicates that the doorbell is in Setup Mode and ready to be setup. If you've removed the device from your app, this means that your device is deactivated.
