Just had Ring installed in a second home - and I wanted to see if I could connect to the devices remotely (from primary home). It's been so long since I set it up in my primary home that I forget the process. Would I be able to ask my handyman (the installer) to simply send me QR codes for the devices or device IDs so that I can link into them remotely or do I need to be at the premises to make this happen?

Hi @user_e8b1e5. You need to be physically present at the location where you are setting up the Ring devices.
