Reconnecting, trying

I recently bought a new iPhone. My previous iPhone was connected to my Ring >camera. However, it is now not connected to my new phone. I do not have the old packaging for my Ring product, so can't scan the product. Anyone know how I can connect to my new phone? Thanks

Hi @user_1ed61c. You do not need to set your Ring Camera up again if your wifi network hasn't changed. Download the Ring app on your new phone, and log into the same Ring account that you used to set up your camera initially. If you do not see your camera, you likely logged into the wrong Ring account.
