Reconnect with new wifi password for Ring 2 doorbell without taking it off the wall.

I recently got a new WiFi with a new password. I need to reconnect our Ring doorbell but I’m not able to take it off the wall to push the orange button on the back or take out the battery as described in the video instructions. Is there a way to reconnect it without having to take it off the wall?

Ok tell me how to get it off the wall or swing up the battery door. Do I have to push an orange button?

Hi @Sissycarter1. If you have a Video Doorbell 2, you can use the provided orange screwdriver to unscrew the security screw at the bottom of the Doorbell. This will allow you to remove the faceplate and take the rechargeable battery out in order to charge it. If you have the Video Doorbell, you'll need to use the provided orange screwdriver to remove the Doorbell from the wall in order to plug it into the charger. If you run into any difficulties with removing your Doorbell, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They'll be able to walk through the process with you step by step. My motion camera and lights do not have a button on the top to push. How else can I activate?
