Problem With Ring doorbell Wired (just purchased), its only spinning blue

Hello! As i said in topic, the bell is installed, i tried press on it after instatllation on the existing doorbell wires, just to check if it worked, and now its just spinning blue and never stops, like its pressed in all the time or something?? Help! I cannot set it up since either probably because its supposed to spin white, not blue.... Regards

Hi @Mcclane87. What does the Doorbell Wired show in the Ring app under the Device Health menu? Is it online with a good RSSI? Blue Lights could indicate that your Doorbell is actively recording, as suggested on this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-au/articles/204625160-Understanding-your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-s-LED-light-patterns).
