Pro 2 with Poor Voltage

Question

Purchased a brand new Ring Pro 2 and also the Transformer from Ring.com to be put in our 1 month old newly built home. Now it says my Transformer voltage is only 12V and under Power Output it says Level 2.

That article will cover a lot of information and help you ensure everything is properly installed, including the Pro Power Kit, as it is necessary for the Pro's installation process.

@CMS22 A long cable run or the wrong type of cable can cause issues (too thick or too thin).  Do you have a mechanical chime in the mix or just the transformer direct to the doorbell?
