Purchased a brand new Ring Pro 2 and also the Transformer from Ring.com to be put in our 1 month old newly built home. Now it says my Transformer voltage is only 12V and under Power Output it says Level 2.

Hi @CMS22. You can find some troubleshooting help when it comes to insufficient power with the Video Doorbell Pro 2 in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000115323-Troubleshooting-Insufficient-Power-Issues-with-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro), so I'd recommend starting there. That article will cover a lot of information and help you ensure everything is properly installed, including the Pro Power Kit, as it is necessary for the Pro's installation process.

@CMS22 A long cable run or the wrong type of cable can cause issues (too thick or too thin). Do you have a mechanical chime in the mix or just the transformer direct to the doorbell?
