My hardwired Ring Doorbell 2 shows my battery is at 47%, i have never dropped below 99%. Power tests fine why is my battery losing life if it is hardwired?

Hello everyone, I have had my ring doorbell pro 2 for a few months now and out of the blue the battery started to drain I have it hardwired to the house and prior to using it I did a complete charge and the battery normally always stays charged. Any suggestions I took the battery out last night and did a charge for about 3 hours and right now it's at 46%

have hardwired doorbell, shows hardwired but battery draining, so purchased a new battery but still draining! My unit is set to high settings hence the transformer! Am i doing something wrong ?

We had a power outage that only lasted milliseconds. The Ring Pro 2 that is hard wired has been offline since then. Device health shows a good signal and 16v power, but it won't reset. There is no light when the reset button is pushed and the troubleshooter says this is because there is no power to the unit. That obviously isn't accurate. Is this a matter of disconnecting the power source so that it goes through power cycling?
