Phantom ring?

At 4.18am I had my door bell ring, it sounded on the doorbell and chime as well as notifed my phone that someone was at my door. But yet no one was there. I'm looking for help as to why this could have happened It's not hardwired in its a rechargeble one

Hi @user_555c7b. I cannot say why it occurred, but I can offer a troubleshooting step to take to try and prevent this from happening again. I suggest you factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
