Notifications stop coming after a random time period

Doorbell Pro installed two weeks ago: Stops sending alerts to two different phones after some time has elapsed since last working with the app–can be an hour or a day. I have tried all the recommendations like reinstalling the app, toggling notifications off and on, rebooting the phone, etc. I was on the phone with two Ring customer service reps for over two hours trying all these things over and over. Each time, the notifications start again, but then quit soon after. “Device Health” is good, WiFi signal is good, Internet speed is good, phones are updated.

    Hi @user82669. I know that on some Android phones, if an app sends you a certain amount of notifications, the phone will prevent that app from sending you new notifications. In order to get new notifications from that app, you have to clear your notifications from that app. Next time you have your notifications from the Ring app stop coming in, clear the notifications from the Ring app, and see if you start getting new alerts. If you have tried this and are still having the same concern, the next best step is to continue working with our support team to have this looked into further.
