Not recording properly

My camera is not recording the full time a person is in my set zone. Sometimes it will go black halfway through recording.

    Hi @Donut. What is the RSSI for your Doorbell? This can be found in the Device Health menu in your Ring app. A low RSSI value could result in issues with your video, including black video.
