Hi @Acrx7. I would make sure all the notifications on your phone are cleared. Androids store data from these notifications, and if they are not cleared periodically, it will cause them to stop all together. I would also make sure that your have Ring Alerts enabled in the Ring app. Lastly, you can always try to uninstall the RIng app from your phone, reboot your phone, then reinstall the Ring app. I hope this information helps!

Hi there , thank you for the reply, I have try that several times but to no avail, all notifications are on i do get the chime tone but no on my phone, I have try other videos but nothing has worked, Thank you again
