No Live View for shared Devices?

So We just set up and ring doorbell, Hardwired. We didn't want to deal with batteries. The thing is I need to be able to get a live view from my PC. The primary account is not mine, but the doorbell is properly set up and shared with me. There just seems no way to get live view on PC from both the app or website?

Hi @yeahbuddy2575. Live View is only available from mobile devices such as a phone or tablet. On your PC, you are able to view recorded videos, but not Live View.
