Nightmare after changing broadband provider-HELP!
wifi
troubleshooting

I have had a ring doorbell 2 and stick up cams for a few years. Changed ISP's (including full fibre), no problems. Moved house & old owner left BT broadband for a few days, everything connected fine.Changed to Fibrehop full fibre a few days ago and the doorbell + cameras no longer do motion detection or live view. They also keep going offline. Chime also does nothing. I split network into 2.4GHz and 5GHZ but didn't work. Connected doorbell to my phone hot spot and it worked fine. Bought a doorbell 4 thinking dual band may be ok, still the same problem. Ring support were no use. Broadband providers only suggestion was to split the network which I have already tried.I really like my ring devices and really need to some help in getting them working. Surely it has to be. problem with my new broadband? Any help desperately needed!

Hi @Rkk74. If your Ring devices are falling offline or not connecting to your network, try the following steps:* Factory reset the Ring devices by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds.* Reboot your router by unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.* Review our Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023559372-Fixing-Your-Devices-Falling-Offline-Repeatedly-by-Adjusting-Your-Router) to make certain recommended adjustments to your router. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
