My Video Pro doorbell is not working

I changed from phoneline DSL to Starlink satellite. Previously the video doorbell worked fine. Having trouble with connecting it to Starlink. When doing thru the setup steps, the doorbell's circle ring does not light up. As a doorbell, the Video Pro works fine. Suggestions **please** on what to look for to troubleshoot..
