Motion zone suddenly stopped working after 3 years
I set up a motion zone for my Ring Pro 2 hardwired doolbell 3 years ago and it's been working flawlessly ever since. Here's a screenshot from the app: https://i.imgur.com/NUZsdKP.jpeg Since the last week or so the doorbell is not detecting motion at all. If I make the motion zone larger it works as normal. I don't want to do this though as I get a lot of people walking past my house and it notifies me every couple of minutes. I can stand right in front of it waving my arms, or even covering the camera with my hand and it doesn't detect motion. Has something changed with the motion zones?

Hi @BananaBread. Do you have a Ring Home subscription? Certain features relating to motion detection require a plan, so you may notice a difference in motion detection if you initially had a plan but no longer do.
