I have good Wi-Fi, and Ring camera is successfully installed but cannot get a Camera Preview to show up on my Ring App.

Hi @PIPES. Are you receiving an error message where the camera preview would show in the Ring app? Or is the camera preview not updating? Feel free to share a screenshot demonstrating what you're seeing on your end. Additionally, are you using an iOS or Android phone?

Same is happening to me. Says Ring camera preview not available. Also not recording motion. My signal is strong. Have a driveway spot cam and it working perfectly. Help.......

The Kwikset Home Connect 620 Z-Wave smart lock is advertised by Kwikset as being compatible with Ring, and is also marketed as replacing the existing Kwikset 888, 910, and 914 products that are all compatible and integrated with the Ring Alarm. I’d like to request that this new lock be integrated into the ecosystem to allow for feature parity with the existing retired locks.

Ditto the request! I was expecting 'auto lock ' features and schedule lock capabilities. I can use the ring app to 'lock and unlock' zwave lock, but it seems there is some missing features. Geofencing and some features are needed. Kwikset surprisingly doesn’t seem to have an active app for the 620 model. Kwikset has drop the ball, but I know Ring will improve their mistakes…. Thank you ring!

I also would like the Kwikset 620 integrated.

Motion detection is not working

HiMy Ring Doorbell motion detection is not working, I can hear the click on the device and see the infrared LED led on the ring when there is motion, but it's not recording and not sending any notification.I tried to reset the device and add it again as a new one, but still the same problem.Can anyone help, please?Thanks

Hi Tom, I just want to update you about this problem, yesterday Ring started to work normally, without me doing anything more, I just suddenly started to receive notification and I could see the video recordings in the cloud. I don't know how or why.BTW, My phone has no problem at all, I have the app installed on my wife's phone and it was not working either.Thank you again for the follow upRegardsMustafa
