Mechanical chime not working - Ring Wired Doorbell

 Installed as per instructions, chime works when shorting wires, also worked fine with gen 1 Ring doorbell. Please let me know what to look for, I can measure voltage, current and resistance if needed. Thank you

Hi @user9804. Everything looks correct here. The issue is that the Doorbell Wired is designed to *not* ring your internal Chime Kit. If you would like your internal Chime Kit to ring, you would need a different model Doorbell.
