Live view cannot be access when RSSI drop below 45

Hi may i know why live view not functioning while the WIFI strength is below 46,when i move the doorbell near to router,the strength will become lower and what i have done using hotspot,which is not practical,sometimes connection from the doorbell to echo dot & ring apps also delayed,around 5s,any idea how to improve it,tq guys
