Live feed in dark view and won’t go away

I have a video doorbell 3 on my front door and recently it started appearing in a dark background in my live view as well as the regular feed. Can anyone help me out here?

      Hi, the same thing happened to us. However, our ring doorbell was about four years old. We had to replace the camera itself had gone bad inside of the doorbell. It would still record, but it had an Amber dark resolution.
