little to no volume
ever since I switched to a new phone I cant answer my doorbell. When I do answer it all I see are lips moving and no sound. All sound setting are up all the way on my device. This is a ring pro that was a warranty swap due to the device failing. It works fine on my wife's phone but not mine.

Hi @Bills4life99! The best first step here will be to remove and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device. This will ensure it is up to date and optimally integrated with your phone. Please remember to accept permissions such as audio/ microphone. As it sounds like audio is the only concern, I recommend also checking mobile device volume settings and turning off bluetooth.
