iPhone mic does not work with Doorbell 2
hardwired-battery-video-doorbell

Hi, I can open Doorbell video etc. with my iPhone but my voice does not go thru when using iPhone own mic. However, if I use tethered headset, communications are working. As well if I use my iPad, all comms are working and iPad own mic works fine too. Also iPhone mic is surely not broken cause can make normal phone call. What could be tested and done?

    Your iPhone usually has more than one mic. It’s possible that your mic used for ring is faulty. Try a voice memo app or anything that can test for this.

      Thank you Richard, my video connected mics seems to be broken or at least cannot make them work. Bottom and blugin mics seems to work ok.
