Intermittent performance

My wireless RING has worked well for three yrs. Now for no apparent reason since nothing has changed I’m not getting notifications, it disconnects repeatedly; etc. I’ve tried every so called “fix” recommended even replacing the battery with a new one. The problem gets fixed then quickly goes back to the same issues. My account renews in Nov and I’m thinking seriously of dropping the service. It seems ridiculous to pay for it if it doesn’t work. Very frustrated.
